A home inspection is an objective visual analysis of a home’s structure and systems. It will help determine areas of the home that are unsafe or not performing properly at the time of the inspection.

We conduct a thorough inspection that can last around 2 – 3 hours. We encourage you to be present during the inspection process so we may answer any questions that you may have about your home inspection.

Professional Reports

Our reports contain 50-70 pages and 50-100 photos of the inspected property. This computer-generated report is printed out or emailed to you within 24 hours of the inspection.
