Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Phil was a fantastic inspector to work with when we purchased our first home! He noticed things that I never in a million years would have seen myself. He found some major issues with our roof that we weren't aware of, prompting us to negotiate with the sellers which saved us thousands in repairs later down the line. He was honest and up front, and the reports we received afterward were thorough and very easy to understand. Extremely happy with his services!

Provided ample information on inspection report in an easy to read/follow template. I truly felt like I had all the tools to advocate for myself in the buying process. Would highly recommend Big River for home inspections.
